Remote German speaking Customer Service Representative in Portugal!

Cross Border Talents is looking for a German speaking Customer Support Representative to work for a global leading provider remotely in Portugal!

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service via incoming calls, live chat, emails, and social media channels. Serve as a consultant to customers, offering prompt and
  - suited solutions to questions and issues.
• Ability to assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via phone/email/chat/social/social messaging channels (as assigned).
• Adapt the brand’s voice and tone for interactions on both private (phone/email/chat/messaging channels) and public (social, forums,
  - commerce reviews) channels.
• Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues and customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented. Respond to inbound customer requests and document relevant case information.

What You Need

• Native level of German (C1-C2 level)
• Fluency in English (at least B2 level)
• Outstanding communication skills
• Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Organizational,
  - making, and analytical skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but not required
• Availability to work on rotational shifts
