Overview

Remote German speaking Customer Service Representative to work remotely in Portugal. Cross Border Talents is looking for a German speaking Customer Support Representative to work for a global leading provider remotely in Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service via incoming calls, live chat, emails, and social media channels; act as a consultant to customers and offer prompt and tailored solutions to questions and issues.
• Assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via phone, email, chat, and social/messaging channels as assigned.
• Adapt the brand voice and tone for interactions on private (phone/email/chat/messaging) and public (social, forums,
  - commerce reviews) channels.
• Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues to higher tiers of support as defined and documented. Respond to inbound customer requests and document relevant case information.

What You Need

• Native level of German (C1-C2)
• Fluency in English (at least B2)
• Outstanding communication skills
• Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Organizational,
  - making, and analytical skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but not required
• Availability to work on rotational shifts
