Work Schedule

• Monday to Saturday: 07:00 – 21:00 (Rotational shifts)
• Sunday: 09:00 – 21:00 (Rotational shifts – 1 to 2 weekends per month, except exceptional situations)
• Days Off: 2 rotational days

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated German-speaking Sales Representative to join our remote team in Braga. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong sales orientation who thrive in a dynamic environment and are comfortable communicating with clients in both German and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales through proactive outreach and relationship‑building with potential and existing clients.
• Deliver excellent customer service and respond promptly to client inquiries.
• Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or a strong sales orientation (mandatory).
• Previous experience in a contact center or customer service is preferable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
• Strong multi‑tasking abilities and the capacity to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently.

Compensation & Benefits

• Mean allowance: €7. 23 per day
• Transport allowance: €20 per month
• Position bonus (Braga): €20 per 12 months
• Meal allowance: per working day
• Health insurance: Available from day 1 (employee contributes monthly; free after 6 months of contract)
