- Assist customers through inbound calls
- Provide product and service information to customers and attempt to close sales
- Manage orders and requests

- You speak German and English
- You think quickly and find solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- You are
- oriented and empathetic - Previous experience customer service is a plus
