• Assist customers through inbound calls
• Provide product and service information to customers and attempt to close sales
• Manage orders and requests

• You speak German and English
• You think quickly and find solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• You are
  - oriented and empathetic
• Previous experience customer service is a plus
