What Youll Do

What We’re Looking For
- Language Skills: Native or C2 level of Italian + B1/B2 level of English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for customer satisfaction and problem‑solving.
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working remotely.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
