What Youll Do

• Communicate with Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries, solve issues, and provide clear, accurate information.
• Guide users through processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with

• Maintain service quality and meet performance targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Language Skills: Native or C2 level of Italian + B1/B2 level of English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for customer satisfaction and problem‑solving.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working remotely.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
