What Youll Do
- Communicate with Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle inquiries, solve issues, and provide clear, accurate information.
- Guide users through processes and ensure customer satisfaction.

- functional teams to improve customer experience. - Maintain service quality and meet performance targets.
What Were Looking For
- Language Skills: Native or C2 level of Italian + B1/B2 level of English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for customer satisfaction and
- solving. - Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory!
