Job Description:
Cross Border Talents is seeking Italian speakers to work remotely as Customer Support Advisors in Portugal. The role involves handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing
- quality support for
- sales requests, and supporting sales efforts to increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer requests through various channels and log details into case management systems, ensuring responses within SLA.
- Strive for high customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and resolutions.
- Assist with
- sales requests such as delivery, warranties, and refunds. - Support inbound sales and promote products to boost revenue while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Achieve quarterly sales goals while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Manage orders and
- up, capturing all required data in CRM systems.
Candidate Profile:
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and team spirit
- Tech-savvy
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Sales experience is a plus
- Availability for rotational shifts
Conditions:
- Base salary: €1, 050 gross (paid 14 times a year)
- Performance bonus: up to €225 gross
- Health insurance: Free after 6 months of contract, available from day 1 upon monthly payment
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 19:00, rotational shifts; days off on Sunday and one rotational day
- Contract: 6 months with potential renewal
