Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Agent for a leading Automotive Group company, your role will involve providing customer assistance with different channels such as chat, voice and emails, to guarantee and improve a great relationship between the company and its users. You will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations. And that we fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement.
Responsabilities:
Respond to customer requests via multiple channels, updating CRM systems with relevant information.
Build strong customer relationships by handling inquiries with speed and professionalism.
Promote customer retention and loyalty by supporting successful inquiry outcomes.
Maintain professional, empathetic relationships with all customers.
Collaborate effectively with team members and management.
Provide feedback on emerging issues and identify improvement areas proactively.
Requirements:
German C1/C2 level language skill
English B2
Ability to work independently and/or in a team
