Description

We are seeking a highly motivated External Strategy Lead to join Catalyst, a permissionless
- chain Automated Market Maker (AMM) revolutionizing liquidity connections and asset swaps in blockchain. As a Marketing & Community Lead, you will be the
- facing point of contact with the Catalyst ecosystem and the broader Web3 community, playing a pivotal role in growing and engaging our vibrant community of users and partners. You will work closely with the BD and product teams to foster strong relationships, increase brand awareness, and drive user adoption.

At Catalyst, our vision is to create a global liquidity layer for all chains, enabling easy access to assets and applications across multiple blockchains. Your responsibilities will include promoting our mission, driving GTM strategy, increasing brand exposure, managing social media, organizing community events, and creating engaging educational content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase user adoption and brand growth.
• Organize marketing campaigns with ecosystem partners and KOLs.
• Foster relationships with community members, addressing inquiries, hosting calls, and collaborating with engineering teams.
• Manage content for social media platforms like Twitter, Telegram, and Discord to maintain an active online presence.
• Plan and execute virtual and physical events such as AMAs, webinars, and community meetups.
• Coordinate Catalyst's event schedule, including conference programming and podcast appearances.
• Engage with the DAO and decentralized community, analyze proposals, and submit team proposals.
• Monitor community feedback and engagement metrics to identify improvement areas and develop insights.

Requirements

• Experience in GTM, marketing, or community management, preferably in blockchain or Web3.
• Strong understanding of crypto projects and ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating engaging
  - specific content.
• Proven track record in managing and growing online communities and driving user engagement.
• Familiarity with social media tools, analytics, and community management software.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of multitasking in a
  - paced environment.
• Responsive on community platforms like Discord, Slack, and Telegram.
• Proactive,
  - motivated, and passionate about community building.
• Ability to work in European and/or North American timezones.
• Remote work flexibility, with quarterly travel for collaboration and participation in events and conferences.
