Join Our Team as a Content Moderator

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (remote option available for candidates already located in Portugal)

Employment type: Full-time, 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day | Rotational shifts providing 24/7 coverage

Language: Fluent Hebrew + Good English (for training and internal communication)

Responsibilities:

• Review videos, audio, text, links, and images to detect content that may violate policies
• Tag and escalate content when needed, especially in sensitive categories such as underage users, hate speech, violence, or fake news
• Work within a specialized department, assigned during onboarding, to maintain a safe and respectful digital environment
• Work in a 24/7 shift rotation, including weekends and holidays

Please note: This position may involve exposure to sensitive content.

Requirements:

• Native-level Hebrew and a solid understanding of English (training is conducted in English)
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends (additional payment applicable for working between 22:00 and 07:00, as well as on public holidays and Sundays)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow community guidelines precisely
• Emotional resilience and capacity to work in
  - volume content environments
• A valid residence permit for Portugal OR EU citizenship OR a valid certificate of temporary protection for refugees OR a
  - seeker visa for Portugal
