Your responsibilities and impact as Payment Specialist will be:

• Backoffice is the core of the role.
• Interaction with payment partners to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payments by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, loan, and leasing.
• Processing
  - related queries concerning payments, refunds, VAT changes, amending and
  - printing invoices, raising credit/debit memos, and reconciliation.
• Liaison and support for Sales, Sales Support, and Finance on operational issues, escalation, and resolution.

Skills, qualifications, and interests needed:

• Native Dutch speaker with fluent English.
• Strong communication skills, team player,
  - focused, professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Experience with SAP and MS Excel is an advantage.
• Flexibility for overtime and working on a rotational schedule.

• Salary options include: 1040€ gross/month with free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included), or reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 3 months for international candidates.
