Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent in Portugal will be:

• Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Ensure timely replies and solutions within service level agreements.
• Provide inbound sales support and uphold high customer satisfaction standards.
• Accurately capture all necessary data in the CRM per client policies and product requirements.

Skills, qualifications, and interests needed to succeed:

• Native Italian speaker with at least B2 level English proficiency.
• Experience handling inbound calls and written communications within guidelines.
• Attention to detail and prompt task completion.
• Commitment to customer data security and confidentiality.
• Problem-solving skills, including issue escalation for resolution.
• Interest in intercultural communication and willingness to stay
  - term in Portugal.
• Reside in or willing to relocate to Lisbon with a valid Portuguese work permit or EU nationality.
