We're looking for dedicated people to join our client's customer support team for a leading

responsabilidades chave

Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionally.

Support customers with booking management, cancellations, and billing issues.

Attract potential customers by answering questions about

- car reservations and their different options, providing additional information to meet customer needs.

Gather information from new customers and input it into the platform.

Process and respond to contact requests promptly, contributing to fostering commitment to our client's brand.

competências

fluent in Dutch (C2 or native) and English (B2), both oral and written;

previous experience in a call center environment;

strong sales skills;

digital skills;

good interpersonal skills;

ability to identify business opportunities and suggest additional services to customers;

high school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree (a plus);

knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus);

principais benefícios

working contract: 6 months (renewable);

base salary of 1100€/month;

meal allowance: 7, 23€ per day worked

Monday to Friday: 8:00h- 17:00h;

Days Off: Saturday and Sunday;

Location: Porto
