Rental Scouting Operations – Full-Time Role

for someone organized, proactive, and bilingual to support our Rental Scouting operations

and ensure everything runs smoothly for our clients.

If you love working with people, are fluent in English and Portuguese, and have a sharp eye

for detail, this could be your next step.

What you’ll do:

- Coordinate calendars and schedule property visits;

- Communicate with clients, landlords, and real estate agencies;

- Organize and manage property videos and visit reports;

- Keep information updated in our CRM and internal tools.

What we’re looking for:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

- Fluency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written);

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;

- Experience with
Google Workspace and CRM tools (a plus);

- A reliable teamplayer eager to grow with a dynamic company.

On-site role – Alcobaça office
