- oriented Agent for our Repair Center team at SIXT. Your responsibilities will include coordinating vehicle repairs, liaising with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring efficient repair processes to minimize fleet downtime. Your Role at SIXT

• Act as the interface between the operational specialist department, bodyshops, and claims center.
• Independently arrange and coordinate repair orders, ensuring timely completion.
• Review, control, and process repair invoices.
• Obtain offers for reconditioning services.
• Prioritize and complete repairs efficiently to minimize vehicle downtime.

Your Skills Matter

• Previous Experience: Technical experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
• Language Skills: Fluent French & English (mandatory).
• Technical Skills: Diagnostic skills & understanding of rental fleet standards (e. g. , inspections).
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external partners.
• Soft Skills: Data-driven approach with strong attention to detail.
