Repair Quality Engineer (EMEA)

In this role as a Quality Engineer, you will work as part of a newly created regional service & repair quality organization to support and lead projects, implement and standardize regional or global processes, support new product introduction, sustaining engineering, change management projects with
- functional local, regional or global teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and guide repair sites to address quality issues and resolutions using best quality techniques and principles.
- Collaborate with regional & global repair & service sites and teams to create, develop, implement, and maintain regional & global quality standards and processes.
- Lead or support
- conformity management, CAPA activities, or various projects. - Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance quality outcomes.
- Develop and monitor process performance metrics, analyze trends, and act upon them with minimal guidance.
- Support change management processes.
- Conduct
- related training. - Perform continuous improvement activities.
- Support all repair service activities to ensure
- quality repairs, patient safety, legal compliance, and customer satisfaction. - Ensure quality processes are maintained and followed within the company.
- Coordinate with other departments on quality tasks.
Education
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, natural sciences, or equivalent professional education.
- Additional
- related qualifications are preferred.
Experience
- Experience in a regulated,
- industrial environment such as service, repair, or production. - Knowledge of ISO 13485, EU MDR, U. S. FDA QSR.
- Experience with quality control loops is preferred.
- Technical or scientific background.
- Knowledge of quality management tools, standards, and requirements (FDA, PAL, ISO, etc. ) in medical devices or related fields.

Other considerations include working with regional & global teams, with availability for international travel up to 15%.
