This role involves participating in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis within a designated perimeter. You will provide the business management team with analytics and data insights.

Purpose

Assist in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, providing insights to support
- making.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing quarterly management reports with quality and timeliness.
• Analyze and challenge project, vessel, shore base, and departmental performance; reforecast annually.
• Deliver quarterly analyses on over/under recoveries, SG&A costs, operating costs, and headcount variances; collaborate with HR on benefits and headcount.
• Load data into reporting tools and review submissions at various levels.
• Prepare departmental budgets in collaboration with managers and challenge deviations.
• Contribute to quarterly reporting for the Board of Management (MOR).
• Engage in ad hoc analyses (simulations, business cases, KPIs, expense analysis).
• Work on P&L intercompany reconciliation for consolidation.
• Participate in the 3-year planning process.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls (ICOFR) and seek continuous improvement.
• Participate in
  - wide reporting system transformation and suggest innovative solutions.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders during closing and budgeting cycles; provide ad hoc support.
• Coordinate with external auditors during
  - end closing.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related; relevant certifications (CPA, ACCA, etc. ) preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in an international audit firm or reporting role.
• Knowledge of IFRS.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in Business Object, SAP, Excel.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
