Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Reporting and Controlling Specialist to support financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes. In this role, you will:

• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support
  - making and ensure transparency across departments
• Preparation of business plans and investment calculations
• Monitor budget execution and provide cost center managers with accurate and timely insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support financial planning and forecasting activities
• Identify trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities in financial performance
• Work with SAP and data analysis tools to ensure accurate reporting and efficient data handling
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of controlling processes and financial tools

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Controlling, or Economics

Experience

• Previous experience in controlling, financial reporting, or accounting
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is beneficial

Skills

• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills
• Solid understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and cost management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with
  - functional teams

Languages

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• German is a plus
