ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Technology FP&A & Controlling Specialist to join our Tech
Hub!

You will join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting our global technology organization with insightful financial analysis and proactive business partnering.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted business partner to Global Senior Technology Management, delivering clear and actionable financial insights.
• Lead all core controlling activities including planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting,
  - end closing, and Product P&L analytics.
• Manage and facilitate business review meetings, presenting financial results, analyzing variances, and recommending corrective actions.
• Coordinate the business case process for investment decisions, providing strong financial guidance and support.
• Drive digital innovation and continuous improvement in controlling processes and tools.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Markets, Finance/Controlling, and Central IT/Technology, supporting our global Shared Service Catalogue.
• Contribute to
  - functional projects and strategic initiatives, including the Controlling Roadmap.

Please note that this role requires frequent travel.

THE SKILLS

To set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you:

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or a similar financial role in a global environment.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Experience with digital tools and systems (e. G. , SAP, Power BI, Excel, etc. ) is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
• Availability to frequent travel.
