We are looking for a talented and accomplished Reporting Specialist to join our team. The purpose of this role is to assist the reporting team by collecting and reporting all KPIs data from Foundever Operations, Supporting Departments, and Leadership.

As a Reporting Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

1. Preparing and maintaining databases & statistical reports used in financial, quality, and performance management
   - making.
2. Investigating and analyzing data to determine the best course of action.
3. Assembling and assessing statistical information from system databases and other sources.
4. Planning, preparing, and maintaining business unit reports critical to organizational success and client expectations.
5. Investigating, analyzing, and assessing trends and campaign/brand activity.
6. Monitoring, evaluating, and assessing unit productivity daily.
7. Communicating with the manager daily to resolve issues, assess scores/trends, and maximize efficiency.
8. Performing additional operational support duties as assigned.
9. Creating “ad hoc” reports under tight timelines.
10. Understanding and complying with all company and client security requirements and policies.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• English C1 level proficiency
• Strong computer, communication, and analytical skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Microsoft Access/Databases (preferred)
• Power BI experience (highly valued)
• VBA knowledge/experience (highly valued)
• SQL knowledge/experience (highly valued)
• SAP Business Objects knowledge/experience (highly valued)
• Data Architecture knowledge/experience (highly valued)
• Ability to analyze large data sets, create dashboards, and evaluate KPIs
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and solve complex problems
• Understanding of the call center industry and operations
• Ability to work in a
  - paced, dynamic environment
• Professional relationship development skills with internal and external clients
• Solution-oriented mindset
• Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
• Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Porto, Portugal
• Availability to work onsite in Porto

Education and experience:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Reporting Specialist or Real Time Analyst
