Don’t miss out this great opportunity!**Primary Purpose of the Role:**Support the Record-to-Report Team Leader and Assistant Team Leader, to deliver againsttheir Service obligations to Thales companies whilst seeking to improve efficiencies ofprocess and accuracy of delivery. **Principal Relationships:**• Record-to-Report Assistant Team Leader/ Record-to-Report Team Leader /Record-to-Report Manager• Other SSC teams• Business Unit Finance teams**Key Responsibilities and Tasks:**• Responsible for executing accounting and associated controls checks in accordance with internal customer business procedures • Maintain accuracy within the GL and Assets ledgers • Prepare reports on Accounting Payables and Receivables • To comply with the month end closing ensuring the deadlines and the outputs that have to be provided to the customers • To be a team expert in the team • To help developing the team by sharing knowledge and expertise • Adhoc tasks as requested • Perform and Development of KPIs • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI is a plus**Benefits** Therefore, TBSS counts with a range of benefits in order to support your experience as a key member throughout your life cycle Working in TBSS is so much more than a simple role within an international environment.
