Position: Conseiller Client in Lisbon, Portugal (On Site). Join our team of
- changers powering brands across technology, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and more.

What you will do

• Provide exceptional customer service to users via chat, email, and phone.
• Troubleshoot platform issues by offering guidance and solutions.
• Train users on platform features and help them maximize their websites.
• Collaborate closely with product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay informed about new program features and updates to provide accurate assistance.
• Gather and relay user feedback to improve overall user experience.

Qualifications

• High level of French (written and spoken) and good English (B2).
• Experience in customer service, technical support, or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfort with technology and ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
• Excellent
  - solving skills.
• Experience with website builders or CMS is a plus.
