What you’ll be doing:

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and digital channels

Offering technical support for hardware, software, apps, and more

Providing empathetic,
- focused service

Explaining warranty terms, timelines, and return policies

Managing returns, exchanges, and refunds

Coordinating logistics for pickups and deliveries

Staying informed on product updates, features, and troubleshooting methods

What we offer:

Base salary: 947€/month Meal allowance: 7, 23€/day

Performance bonus: up to 250€/month

Rotating 8-hour shifts (2 days off per week)

Monday to Friday: 08:00–20:00

Saturday & Sunday: 09:00–18:00
