Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Dental Implants Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and representing the company in the assigned territory. This role requires a deep understanding of the medical device market, the ability to manage complex sales cycles, and a passion for delivering solutions that improve patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Growth: Achieve or exceed sales targets by promoting and selling the company's portfolio of medical devices to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics within the assigned territory.
• Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, physicians, nurses, procurement departments, and hospital administrators.
• Product Expertise: Demonstrate
  - depth knowledge of the
  - 's products, including features, benefits, and competitive positioning, to effectively address customer needs and differentiate from competitors.
• Sales Presentations & Training: Conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, and provide training to healthcare professionals on the proper use and benefits of our medical devices.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of successful sales experience in dental implants, medical devices or healthcare industry.
• Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Occasional international travel may be required.
