Job Description

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and support by telephone and
  - mail
• Offer classic inbound service
• Take purchase orders
• Provide information about the status of orders
• Process complaints

Requirements

• Native-level Swedish and English B2 skills required
• You enjoy interacting with people
• You are a team player and your team can rely on you
• You have strong communication skills, both spoken and written
