As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Respond to inbound customer requests, documenting relevant case information.
- Provide excellent customer satisfaction by assisting users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via multiple channels (as assigned).
- Escalate customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented.
- Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets.
