Your Mission Will Be

• Analyse, identify, document, and validate system and business requirements across multiple teams;
• Collaborate closely with both IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity in project needs;
• Support the extraction and transformation of a key component within the logistics operating system;
• Create structured documentation such as user stories, use cases, and technical specifications;
• Participate in workshops, interviews, and process analyses to capture business goals accurately.

You Will Need

• Proven experience as a Requirements Engineer working in agile environments;
• Strong understanding of systems engineering and software development practices;
• Familiarity with UML, BPMN, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and MS Teams;
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate in cross‑functional teams;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• Background in logistics or transportation projects;
• Experience documenting both functional and non‑functional requirements;
• Attention to detail, strong analytical mindset, and a sense of ownership;
• Flexibility to travel abroad when required;
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
