Responsibilities
- Develop and Manage Customer Accounts (Public and Private):
- Develop strong relationships with accounts at all levels through regular contact and visits.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide expert technical or commercial advice, particularly regarding
- purity gases, calibration mixtures, and associated equipment for laboratories. - Proactively promote, offer, and inform about new products, services, and applications to bring added value to customers, especially within public research institutions, universities, and technology centers, as well as private laboratories.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within public sector and private entities.
- Deliver Best Customer Experience & Service Level:
- Lead internal coordination to ensure the best customer experience and service level.
- Proactively engage in annual -"voice of
- " initiatives to understand evolving needs. - Proactively follow up on customer feedback to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- Contract Management & Public Tenders:
- Maintain customer contracts and ensure their proper implementation.
- Manage participation in public tenders, including the preparation of technical and administrative offers, meticulous review of tender specifications, pricing strategy, and ensuring compliance with all required criteria.
- Ensure contracts remain valid and are renewed at least 1 year before their expiry date.
- Ensure all key accounts are aligned with contract terms and take proactive actions if deviations are identified.
- Apply diligent contract management practices: price escalation, renewal, and amendment processes as necessary.
- Profitability and Resource Optimization:
- Analyze account profitability and implement actions to improve it.
- Identify any opportunities that can lead to an upside and secure these opportunities with contract amendments, in line with allocated resources.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Ensure optimal utilization of Sales Tools programs (Sales
Force, Power BI). - Provide regular reports on project progress, new business developments, and all activities related to managed accounts.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor - Master degree (Chemical, Pharmacy, Engineer)
Experience: 0 to 5 years in a sales role
Desired skills:
- Demonstrable experience in technical sales, preferably within industrial gases or laboratory equipment sectors.
- Solid understanding of research processes and the specific needs of laboratory environments.
- Knowledge in managing public tenders and contracts with the public sector.
- Ability to accurately interpret and respond to complex technical and administrative tender specifications.
- Strong ability to build lasting,
- based relationships at all levels with technical and procurement stakeholders. - Analytical mindset for evaluating profitability and identifying opportunities.
- Results-oriented and capable of working autonomously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
