Role Description

We are looking for a Research and Development Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves research, synthesis, and characterization of graphene solutions by
- phase exfoliation techniques, with a focus on applications in electromagnetic interference shielding. The ideal candidate will offer technical support and develop
- based solutions tailored to market and customer requirements, while also contributing to the writing of technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, characterization, and synthesis of 2D materials and nanomaterials;
  
  
• Provide innovative solutions for the development of
  - based technologies according to market and customer needs;
  
  
• Write and maintain
  - quality technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in characterization techniques such as FTIR, Raman and Photoluminescence spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, Dynamic Light Scattering, Atomic Force Microscopy, and Scanning Electron Microscopy;
  
  
• Strong background in software tools such as Microsoft Office, Origin
  Pro, Image
  J, Gwyddion, and others;
  
  
• Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct and interpret test results;
  
  
• Master's or Ph
  Ddegree in Micro and Nanotechnologies Engineering, Materials, Chemistry, Polymers, or a related field.

• Proficient in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas effectively;
  
  
• A dynamic team player, able to lead, influence, and contribute constructive opinions;
  
  
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to deliver beyond expectations.

Differential Factor

• Consolidated knowledge of electromagnetic interference and compatibility (EMI/EMC), RF shielding, and electrostatic discharge (ESD);
  
  
• Consolidated knowledge of coatings and polymer formulation related to graphene materials.
