Role Description

The AAI team is hiring for our next Research Engineer/Research Scientist. The role is
- site based in Lisbon, Portugal. The Research Engineer/Research Scientist will be responsible for conducting AI research and development (R&D) projects, solving complex problems, conducting experiments and analyses, and preparing technical reports. The individual will collaborate with
- functional teams to build exceptional custom AI products for our customers, driving innovative solutions and advancements.

You may be a good fit if you have

• Strong foundation in Computer Science
• Have already completed your Ph
  D
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and conducting Research
• Direct experience working with product teams and/or building AI products
• Excellent analytical,
  - solving, and
  - thinking skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Advanced degree (Master's, Ph
  D preferred) in a related field
• Must speak and write fluent English
• Strong interpersonal skills: you value kindness and you're a good communicator
• You have a track record of excellence
