Research Grant - Project cLabel+
Admission requirements
Applicants for the research grant must have a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology or similar area. Applicants for the Research Grant must also be enrolled or commit to enrolling in a course that does not confer an academic degree, that promotes the consolidation of their scientific training. It is essential that candidates have good command of the English language and have research experience in natural ingredients: chemical and biological characterization, meat products, sauces and/or confectionery products: formulation and microbiological, physicochemical, nutritional and texture characterization of novel foods. Experience in research projects in the area of the project will be considered preferential factors.
