Position: Research Scholarship
Admission requirements:
Applicants for the research grant must have a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology or a similar area. Applicants must also be enrolled or commit to enrolling in a course that does not confer an academic degree, which promotes the consolidation of their scientific training. It is essential that candidates have a good command of the English language and have research experience in natural ingredients: chemical and biological characterization, meat products, sauces, and/or confectionery products: formulation and microbiological, physicochemical, nutritional, and texture characterization of novel foods. Experience in research projects in the area of the project will be considered preferential factors.
