Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, systematic, and creative individual who thrives on leading and driving complex, innovative digital transformation projects. The focus will be on utilizing Augmented Reality for manufacturing and other industrial use cases.

The primary objective is to ensure the successful delivery of projects across different stages of engagement with industrial customers.

Main responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing research strategies and methodologies;
• Analyzing and interpreting research data, drawing meaningful conclusions;
• Managing the delivery of projects to customers, considering
  - term and
  - term goals;
• Coordinating with team members, ensuring research tasks are on track and within budget;
• Liaising with stakeholders and providing regular project updates;
• Reporting on project progress, resource planning, and financial analysis;
• Ensuring compliance with ethical standards and industry regulations during research;
• Planning, implementing, and coordinating the delivery of multiple projects with the development team and third parties;
• Performing risk management across existing projects;
• Managing the impact of emerging opportunities on current projects;
• Proactively discussing project progress and needs with management;
• Finding practical and workable solutions to deliver results;
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements:

• +5 years of professional experience in project management;
• Master's Degree in a STEM-related area, equivalent qualifications, or evidence of research and analysis experience;
• Experience in developing research proposals and securing funding;
• Professional project management certification from an accredited institution (preferred);
• Experience in combining agile methodologies with traditional project management in
  - based startup environments;
• Strong sense of personal accountability;
• Excellent organizational and planning skills;
• Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively address obstacles;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Portuguese and English.
