Research Scholarship
Admission Requirements:
- Applicants must have a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology or a similar area.
- Must also be enrolled or commit to enrolling in a course that does not confer an academic degree, promoting the consolidation of their scientific training.
- It is essential that candidates have a good command of the English language and have research experience in natural ingredients, including:
- Chemical and biological characterization
- Meat products
- Sauces and/or confectionery products
- Formulation and microbiological, physicochemical, nutritional, and texture characterization of novel foods.
- Experience in research projects in the area of the project will be considered preferential factors.
