Research Scholarship

Admission Requirements:

1. Applicants must have a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology or a similar area.
2. Must also be enrolled or commit to enrolling in a course that does not confer an academic degree, promoting the consolidation of their scientific training.
3. It is essential that candidates have a good command of the English language and have research experience in natural ingredients, including:
1. Chemical and biological characterization
2. Meat products
3. Sauces and/or confectionery products
4. Formulation and microbiological, physicochemical, nutritional, and texture characterization of novel foods.
4. Experience in research projects in the area of the project will be considered preferential factors.
