Descrição: Are you looking for a new professional challenge and interested in working in a multicultural contact center environment? Vertente Humana, a human resources company, is recruiting for a prestigious client: Reservation Agent (m/f) fluent or bilingual in English and other languages such as:

• Dutch
• German
• French
• Italian
• Spanish

Your responsibilities will be to process all reservation requests, cancellations, and changes by phone calls or email from clients in an efficient way, identify guest needs, input and access data in the reservation system, manage reservations, and collaborate in increasing sales and their services/products.

Working schedule: rotating shifts from 7 a. m. to 12 a. m>

Days off: Two

Location: Avenida da Liberdade (Lisbon)

Requisitos:

• Fluent in English – (Elimination Factor)
• Must meet the conditions to work in Portugal (valid residence permit; NIF; NISS, etc. )
• Fluent in one European Language - Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch or Portuguese – (Elimination Factor)
• Experience in Hotel Management, Tourism or similar (preferential factor)
• Experience in customer service
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proactive and responsible
• Good computer skills
