Reservations Agent
to join our growing team and be the bridge between guests, sales, and operations.

What You'll Do

• Handle and process daily reservations across direct channels (email, phone, website).
• Support the
  Head of Sales & Reservations
  with administrative tasks, reporting, and
  - ups.
• Manage booking requests, availability, and content updates on PMS and OTA systems (Booking, Expedia, etc. ).
• Ensure timely and professional
  - arrival and
  - arrival communication with guests and partners.
• Assist with group requests and special reservations, coordinating internally as needed.
• Maintain accurate guest records, payment
  - ups, and documentation.

Requirements – Hard Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in reservations or front office.
• Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with OTA extranets, reservation systems (PMS), and CRM tools.
• Strong written and spoken English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus).
• Immediate availability.
