Vertente Humana, a recruitment and selection, temporary work, training and outsourcing company, which is expanding in its sector of activity and operates in the area of comprehensive human resources management, is recruiting for a prestigious client company: Reservations Agents (m/f).

Location: Avenida da Liberdade, Lisbon

Hours: Rotating shifts between 7am and 11pm

Your role will involve answering calls or contacting customers by other means, efficiently in order to respond to individual reservation requests and requests for information, entering and managing reservations in the computer system and collaborating in increasing sales and respective services/products.

Requirements:

- Fluent in French and English;

- Willingness to work rotating shifts between 07:00 and 23:00;

- Good diction and verbal fluency;

- Rigor and perseverance;

- Customer focus;

- Must meet the conditions to work in Portugal (valid residence permit; NIF; NISS, etc).
