Reservations Executive
Overview
We are looking for a Reservations and Revenue Executive to join our
- opening team at Andaz Lisbon.
Expected to open in Q4 2025, Andaz Lisbon will offer guests an exciting new luxury lifestyle hotel in the Portuguese capital and represent Hyatt’s continued brand growth in Southern Europe. Andaz Lisbon is set to become the second Hyatt-branded hotel in Lisbon. Located in the center of Lisbon’s bustling Baixa district on Rua Augusta, the hotel comprises five buildings, including the former offices of Banco Português de Investimento (BPI). The central building will offer 170 guestrooms, with surrounding satellite buildings offering guests various private suites. This Urban Resort aims to provide an authentic Lisbon experience.
About the role
As a Reservations and Revenue Executive in a luxury and lifestyle property, you will be the first point of contact in the guest journey, ensuring a seamless, personalized, and
- aligned booking experience. You will manage all reservation activities while supporting the Senior Revenue Manager in implementing strategic pricing and inventory decisions to optimize performance and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities

- touch, personalized booking experience that reflects the brand’s luxury and lifestyle ethos. - Manage all reservation requests: individual, leisure, and corporate with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain

- date knowledge of the property’s offerings, experiences, and brand positioning to guide guests effectively. - Monitor room availability and apply dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.
- Support the Senior Revenue Manager with daily reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Ensure reservation systems are accurate and aligned with distribution channels.
- Collaborate with Front Office and the Commercial team to ensure a consistent and elevated guest experience.
- Identify booking trends and guest preferences to support commercial and experiential initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in reservations or revenue management within a luxury or lifestyle hospitality environment.
- Strong guest service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in hotel PMS and revenue management systems.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a
- paced,
- driven setting. - Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
