Responsibilities:

• Ensure maximum occupancy and room rate are achieved
• Manage the daily operations of the Reservations Department
• Implement selling strategies across reservation systems
• Manage availability proactively and recommend strategy adjustments
• Stay informed about local and global events affecting the hotel
• Develop the Reservations team to maximize revenue
• Verify bookings and ensure proper entry according to strategy
• Handle overbooking situations effectively

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role at a luxury hotel
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
• Knowledge of PMS Opera Cloud is a plus
• Leadership and
  - making skills
