Residential Sales Consultant

Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market and currently redefining the standards of the luxury property sector, intends to reinforce its dynamic Residential team with the integration of a Consultant for its Lisbon office.
Key tasks/ activities:
- Market prospection – property enlistment;
- Follow up on leads for buyers and sellers;
- Support to real estate commercialization strategies;
- Achievement of objectives previously established (quantitatively and qualitatively);
- Conducting visits;
- Conduct the property brokerage process to its conclusion.
Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired:
- Minimum 2-3 years of previous experience in Real Estate;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Power Point);
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English (other languages will also be valued);
- Excellent commercial instinct;
- Excellent analytical, planning and negotiation skills;
- Thorough attention to detail;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Team player and ease of communication;
- Proactivity, assertiveness and resilience.
