Overseeing daily restaurant & bar operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction
Leading, training, and inspiring a team of service professionals
Managing budgets, optimizing sales, and controlling costs
Upholding Hyatt's high standards of quality, service, and hospitality
Collaborating with the culinary and events teams to create memorable experiences
What we’re looking for:



Previous experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in luxury hotels or upscale restaurants
Strong leadership and team management skills
A
- on approach and passion for delivering outstanding service
Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)Knowledge of restaurant financials and operational controls
