Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily restaurant & bar operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction
• Leading, training, and inspiring a team of service professionals
• Managing budgets, optimizing sales, and controlling costs
• Upholding Hyatt's high standards of quality, service, and hospitality
• Collaborating with the culinary and events teams to create memorable experiences

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in luxury hotels or upscale restaurants
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• A
  - on approach and passion for delivering outstanding service
• Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
• Knowledge of restaurant financials and operational controls
