Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the F&B daily operations.
• Ensure quality scores are achieved.
• Format menus for outlets and implement menu items into POS machines, ensuring smooth cooperation between users and software.
• Uphold Pestana standards in the restaurant and banquets while attending to guest needs.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and coordinate the F&B team.

Key Requirements :

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in English.
• Results-driven.
• Leadership competencies.
• Guest and quality oriented.
