We have an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our service team in our premium venue. Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and supervise restaurant employees, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service.
• Create and manage the schedule of the service and logistics department, optimizing staff allocation.
• Ensure the restaurant and bar area follows and maintains high standards of cleanliness, organization, and service.
• Implement policies and protocols to maintain or improve the service standards.
• Follow and enforce health and safety standards, ensuring a safe environment for employees and guests.
• Supervise daily operations, overseeing front and back of house activities.

• Coordinate daily with the front and back of house teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer bookings, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
• Manage the restaurant's image and suggest ways to improve it.
• Agree on and manage budgets, monitoring expenses and revenues.
• Identify methods to cut waste, decrease costs, and improve profitability.
• Oversee inventory management and order supplies as needed.
• Prepare staffing and employee schedules considering business demands.
• Prepare staffing, sales, statistical, and financial reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of hospitality experience.
• Previous and proven customer service experience as a restaurant manager.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge.
• Strong leadership, motivation, people skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in financial management.
• Good understanding of MS Office.
• Experience in Micros Oracle (or another POS platform).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Fluent English speaker with a C1 level proficiency. Display effective communication skills in English. The ability to convey information clearly, follow instructions, and interact professionally with colleagues and the public is essential.
