Restaurant Manager for Premium Venue
We have an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our service team in our premium venue. Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and supervise restaurant employees, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service.
- Create and manage the schedule of the service and logistics department, optimizing staff allocation.
- Ensure the restaurant and bar area follows and maintains high standards of cleanliness, organization, and service.
- Implement policies and protocols to maintain or improve the service standards.
- Follow and enforce health and safety standards, ensuring a safe environment for employees and guests.
- Supervise daily operations, overseeing front and back of house activities.

- Handle customer bookings, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
- Manage the restaurant's image and suggest ways to improve it.
- Agree on and manage budgets, monitoring expenses and revenues.
- Identify methods to cut waste, decrease costs, and improve profitability.
- Oversee inventory management and order supplies as needed.
- Prepare staffing and employee schedules considering business demands.
- Prepare staffing, sales, statistical, and financial reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of hospitality experience.
- Previous and proven customer service experience as a restaurant manager.
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge.
- Strong leadership, motivation, people skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in financial management.
- Good understanding of MS Office.
- Experience in Micros Oracle (or another POS platform).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Fluent English speaker with a C1 level proficiency. Display effective communication skills in English. The ability to convey information clearly, follow instructions, and interact professionally with colleagues and the public is essential.
