We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at our busy restaurant in Almada. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring
- quality food and service, and maintaining a positive work environment for our staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including customer service, food preparation, inventory management, and staff scheduling
• Train and supervise

  - house staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
• Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
• Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
• Develop strategies to increase sales and meet revenue goals
• Create new menu items or specials in collaboration with the chef
• Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate supplies are available at all times
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Hire, train, and evaluate new staff members as needed

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
• Ability to work well under pressure in a

• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and controlling costs
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Location: This position is located in Almada.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in hospitality or business management is preferred.
