Restaurant Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly refined and
- driven Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of a VVIP fine dining restaurant catering to an exclusive clientele. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for hospitality, deep understanding of luxury dining standards, and strong leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and flawless guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the highest standards of hospitality, hygiene, and presentation in all areas of operation.
- Lead, train, and motivate a multicultural service team to achieve excellence in service delivery.
- Manage budgets, cost control, inventory, and P&L to ensure operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the culinary team to ensure menu quality and consistency.
- Handle VIP guest relations with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Drive team performance through effective communication, coaching, and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal service standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in luxury or fine dining restaurant management.
- Prior experience in VVIP service or Michelin-starred /
- end hospitality environments preferred. - Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and
- solving abilities. - Experience in the Gulf region or other international luxury markets is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
- Presentable, poised, and
- oriented personality.
