Services focus on M&A Transactions, Debt Advisory, Due Diligence, Capital Raisings, Private Placements and Corporate Strategy. Due to expanding business, the firm is hiring a Senior Analyst to directly support Associates in the team.

Profile Specification

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar role, e. g. , at a Big4 Consultancy, debt restructuring firm, credit research, or related work in an Investment Bank or Private Equity firm
• Fluency in English at a proficient level; previous full‑time education in English or employment in an English‑speaking country is an advantage
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant subject (Finance, Business, Economics or similar)
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Power
  Point (advanced level)
• Interest in the financial services industry with strong awareness of credit markets and industry developments

• Advanced technical and analytical skills in Corporate Finance and credit analysis, including financial statement analysis, ratio analysis, and risk assessment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to Associates on ad‑hoc client‑related projects
• Daily interaction and troubleshooting with high‑profile clients (primary liaison)
• Handle day‑to‑day correspondence with clients and their representatives
• Screen the debt market regularly to identify potential restructuring opportunities and monitor ongoing credit developments and market trends
• Generate client‑facing presentations and company profiles as well as perform data analysis and financial modelling
