Job Description
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering professional growth and promoting

- class engineering practices. - Define and implement technical strategy, ensuring alignment with architecture, business objectives, and compliance standards.
- Advocate for software quality through TDD, code reviews, pair programming, and continuous refactoring.
- Oversee software design and development to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Drive Dev
Ops excellence by designing and managing CI/CD pipelines in Azure Dev
Ops, automating deployments across multiple environments. - Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, and Infrastructure teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Promote innovation by researching and integrating emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks that add business value.
- Ensure system reliability and compliance through thorough documentation and adherence to security and industry standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement via agile ceremonies, retrospectives, and regular performance feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading development teams in a. NET/C# environment.
- Strong expertise in
- oriented design, SOLID principles, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Event-Driven Architecture (EDA). - Hands‑on experience with Azure Cloud services, Azure Dev
Ops, and designing cloud‑native solutions. - Practical experience with Test‑Driven Development, unit testing frameworks (e. g. , x
Unit, NUnit, Moq), and integration testing. - Familiarity with microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with both relational (SQL Server) and No
SQL databases (Mongo
DB). - Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with a detail‑oriented mindset.
- Experience in the financial services sector, including regulatory requirements and data privacy standards.
- Exposure to event‑driven architectures, messaging systems (Kafka, Rabbit
MQ), and observability tools (Application Insights, Grafana, Prometheus). - Passion for engineering culture, including automation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
