Key Responsibilities
- Admin support to the retail agency team and the wider admin team in the office
- Minor accounting duties such as invoicing through an internal system and payment follow‑up
- Help in updating data in tools such as CRM Salesforce / Engage and digital archive
- Making arrangements for internal meetings
- Managing team’s calendar including scheduling, organizing meetings, and sending reminders
- Submit team’s expenses and maintain holiday accruals
- Business support: format and review proposals, teasers, presentations, and other specific reports and update team CVs
- Support Money Laundering Prevention checks and participate in internal and external audits
- Debt management
- Optimizing marketing tools related to the department
Knowledge & Experience
- Fluent in written and spoken English / Native Portuguese
- Proficient use of MS Office tools (especially Power
Point and Excel) - Some previous experience in similar functions will be a plus
