As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales and customer relationships in Converse stores through excellent customer service and selling techniques, while supporting merchandising and product flow. We’re looking for someone who:

Responsibilities:
- Create a fun, energetic environment for our customers
- Consistently perform to operational and merchandising standards
- Partner with teammates on tasks, processes, merchandising, and product flow opportunities
- Ensure basic understanding of footwear, apparel, and accessories
- Support standards around store cleanliness and safety
- Act in accordance with store policies and procedures at all times
- Maintain consistent attendance as per Converse Attendance and Conduct Expectations
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred
- Ability to perform all retail floor functions including standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, stocking, and unloading shipments
- Effective communication skills with employees and customers
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a
- paced environment - Team-oriented with excellent customer service skills
- Basic retail math and computer skills
- Flexible schedule, including availability for day, evening, weekends, and holidays as needed
