The Challenge
The purpose of this position is to support the development and execution of
- store Brand Activations, contributing to engaging consumer experiences that help drive business goals.
As part of the Retail Brand Experience team, you will play an active role in designing and implementing
- focused initiatives
- store, using data insights, performance metrics, and consumer feedback to continuously improve the experience. This role contributes to the planning of the annual activation calendar and helps ensure smooth execution across key territories.
You’ll collaborate with internal teams — including Marketing, Digital, Commercial, and Customer Experience — as well as external partners such as agencies and suppliers, to ensure that each activation is aligned with brand objectives and delivers measurable impact. You’ll also support the operational readiness of experiential elements
- store and contribute to maintaining a consistent and
- quality customer experience.
Your ‘day to day’
- Responsible for
- store Brand Activations at both strategic and executional levels. You will also support the development of the annual activation calendar in collaboration with our Marketing and Digital teams. - Create
- store experiences that drive consumer action and elevate the overall experience — including acquisition, retention, advocacy, and loyalty — by ensuring
- centric and
- driven
- making. This includes leveraging NPS, qualitative feedback, weekly performance reports, and consumer behavior analysis. - Perform key administrative tasks, including tracking and monitoring the results of each activation, and ensuring adherence to the allocated budget.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with agencies, suppliers, operators, and other third parties involved in
- store Brand Activations. - Act as a key point of contact within Brand Retail for any consumer programs that may impact on the
- store customer experience. - Responsible for managing the annual Brand Activations budget within Brand Retail.
- In collaboration with the Brand Retail Team, provide creative
- store and omnichannel activation solutions to effectively reach Legal Age Nicotine Users, ensuring seamless and efficient omnichannel customer experience. - Ensure the ongoing functionality and operational readiness of
- store experiential elements and services, contributing to consistent and
- quality customer experience.
Who we’re looking for
- University degree (preferred in Marketing, Communication, Business…);
- 2+ years of retail management experience;
- Comprehensive knowledge of the retail industry, ideally within
- oriented environments (e. g. , fashion, luxury goods, hospitality); - Passionate about Brand Activation, consumer engagement, marketing, and data analysis;
- Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills, with a
- driven mindset; - Fast learner and dedicated problem solver with a creative approach and a proven track record of delivering effective solutions;
- Skilled in building collaborative relationships, demonstrating empathy and resilience;
- Fluent spoken and written English and Portuguese;
- EU citizenship or a valid work permit to work in Portugal.
